You should not check out The Snoop Dogg vampire movie

Jamie Foxx stars as Dave Franco and Jamie Foxx is the star of "Day Shift", a new movie about vampire hunting. The movie tells the story of a blue collar dad trying to provide a better life for his young daughter. However, his routine job in San Fernando Valley pool cleaning is a disguise for his true income, hunting down and killing vampires as part of an International Union of Viper Hunters.

The premise sounds fun, but can director J.J. Perry deliver?

Jamie Foxx shoots at an old lady who turns up to be a vamp in the opening scene of Day Shift. This leads to a hilarious fight between the two of them. This kind of ragdoll physics makes the action scenes really pop. I think the movie does a better job than most action movies on Netflix or blockbusters. It's hard not to think of the old adage about how "action speaks louder than words" when watching a scene like this, and while there is certainly some truth to that, I think part of the reason "Day Shift" is so effective is because it knows how to use both action and dialogue to further the plot and character development. For example, after Jamie Foxx's character finally kills the vampire, he has a hilariously dry exchange with his partner about how he "thought she was going to turn into a bat or something." It is moments like these that elevate "Day Shift," over other movies of the same genre.

Day Shift is another non-serious, fun film that I felt I could truly enjoy the entire time. I didn't think about it too much. There was great action that was new and it was enjoyable to watch. It was funny and made me laugh a lot. It also drew inspiration from the brilliant vampire films Blade and Lost Boys, two of my all-time favorite films. The acting was excellent, the directing was fantastic and the cinematography was very good. Day Shift, a movie that is both enjoyable and not too serious, is worth a look. It's a lot fun.

Day Shift was a very mixed movie. The movie has a lot to offer, including some action scenes that are fun and some characters like the two brothers and Seth. But the villain Day Shift (2022) is horrible and there are many mediocre characters. That helps the stronger characters shine more. There seemed to be missing scenes that were cut. Bud's neighbor acts almost like they're close friends, even though only three minutes were available before the last scene. Bud made prank phone calls while working at the gas station, which was probably the best scene in the movie. It was hilarious, and I loved watching it. However, the movie didn't end as well. So, overall, I'd say that Day Shift is a mixed bag. There are some great parts and some terrible parts. However, if you want to have some fun, there are better movies than this one.

Snoop dogg makes the entire movie worth watching. I mean, who doesn't love Snoop Dogg? He is the epitome of cool.
